Holiday and weekend (Friday, Saturday) stays must be at least 2 nights. However, please don’t hesitate to call us if your holiday or weekend stay is less than two days. We are flexible depending on availability.
Fifteen-day cancellation notice required prior to non-holiday reservations. Required to pay for every night reserved. We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations via email; please call us at 218-525-5064.
Rates are based on occupancy identified by respective cabin and motel room on the unit description page on the website. Additional adults add $12.00 per night per adult, children 6-18 years $6.00 per night, children 5 and under stay free with parents.
Pets are permitted in designated cabins (Cabins 3, 5, 8, 12 and 14). Pets cannot be left unattended on resort property. A non-refundable pet fee of $15 per pet is charged per 1-3 day stay. For a longer stay please speak to us for details. Any damages incurred will be charged accordingly.
All reservations require a credit card on file to hold your reservation. Your credit card will be charged upon arrival at the resort.
Rooms do not receive daily service.
Rates are subject to change and vary on holidays and special events. Rates do not include tax.
Method of payment
Gardenwood does not accept personal checks. We accept cash, Visa and Master Card.
All our units are non-smoking units. A cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit.
